HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We use EVRI for our Home Delivery, please find their costs below.
0-1kg £2.99
1-2kg £4.44
2-5kg £5.96
5-10kg £6.36
10-15kg £9.28
Inspect your order upon receipt. Notify us immediately including a photograph with your order number if you discover any defects, damages, or if the wrong item was received. We will promptly assess the issue and take corrective action.
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
All orders place will be dispatched the next working day.
Standard shipping takes 3-5 working days
There are occasionally delays in shipping which are beyond our control and cannot be held responsible for.
Deliveries to the Highlands, Jersey, Guernsey and Northern Ireland will take a few days longer to arrive.
WHAT COURIER DO YOU USE AND WILL I BE PROVIDED WITH TRACKING?
Orders are sent by EVRI. You will be provided with tracking details once your order has been shipped (please check your SPAM folder if you do not receive this email).

Unfortunately we only ship to the UK at this time, please keep checking for updates

Oh no! We’re really sorry to hear you’re not satisfied with your purchase. We want to do all we can to ensure you are happy. Please email us contact@noraskitchen.co.uk with your order number and details of your complaint and we’ll get back to you within 2 working days.

ARE YOUR CURRY PASTES SUITABLE FOR VEGANS AND VEGETARIANS?
Yes!
ARE YOUR CURRY PASTES GLUTEN FREE?
Our Pastes are Gluten Free but prepared in a kitchen where Gluten is present.
HOW LONG DO THE PASTES LAST?
We give a shelf life of 6 months from date of production. All Use by dates are printed on the jars.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
